- We ship all over India.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to mention any specific delivery instructions (i.e. ‘if out, leave with neighbour’ or ’round back of house’ etc) in the special instructions box while placing the order. If there are no instructions, then in case of a failed delivery, any additional charges incurred will have to be paid by the customer.
- All our prepaid & COD orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
- Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 7-10 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Any orders placed post 11:30 am (Monday to Friday) will be processed for dispatch within 24 hours.
- Orders placed post 11:30 am on Saturday will be processed for dispatch on Monday.
- Shipping Address, Pincode & Contact Information should be correct and any delay in delivery due to any incorrect information would be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Free shipping is available on order above Rs 899
Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please send us a written request (email shall suffice) on support@gardengenie.in within 1 day of placing the order. Faulty / Damaged Goods:
