How to Use:

1. Take paddy straw for one PP plastic.
2. Soak in clean drinking water overnight.
3. Remove excess water by hanging the straw for 1 hour.
4. Boil the straw (after removing vapour keep 30 mins).
5. Spread the straw on a clean cloth or mat on loor for 36 hours and cover with a cloth.
6. Take one straw and press by two ingers and check it. If no water is coming out but moisture is present, the straw is ready for making bed.
7. Break the spawns in a plate and divide in 8 parts. 4 parts for each PP bags.
8. Fill the PP bags 2 inch by straw and spread 1 part spawn. Again fill 2 inch and spread 1 part spawn. Continue till 4 parts. Finally cover the top spawn by 2 inch straw and bind the PP top by rubber band.
9. Make 5–8 leaks by safety pin.
10. Leave it until the straw becomes whitish color.
11. After 10–12 days make 5–6 leaks by pen.
12. After 25–30 days the mushrooms will come from the leaks.
13. Spray clean drinking little water on mushrooms (mist water spray for 1–2 press). Harvest them when they are fully mature.
14. Carefully remove the mushrooms from the beds, taking care not to damage the remaining mycelium.
Note: If proper aseptic condition and handling is not maintained, contaminations may occur. – Weather luctuation may effect the mushroom production
